What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to secure an item before it is produced. These items are made in limited runs based on demand to ensure quality and reduce waste.
When is payment taken?
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase for all pre-order items.
How long do pre-orders take to ship?
Pre-order items ship in approximately 4–6 weeks from the preorder close date. This timeframe includes production, quality control, and freight to our warehouse.
Please note: timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside our control.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Because pre-order items are produced specifically based on confirmed orders:

We cannot cancel or change pre-orders once the preorder window has closed

How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Australia only (update if needed).
What are the delivery times once shipped?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

What if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?
If your item arrives:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
For hygiene and limited-run reasons:

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour selection on pre-order items
This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:

Is unsafe or not fit for purpose
